23.4.5.7.10The ISO shall post on its website the identity of the project in a Mitigated Capacity Zone and the determination of either exempt or non-exempt as soon as the determination is final. Concurrent with the ISO’s posting, the Market Monitoring Unit shall publish a report on the ISO’s determinations, as further specified in Section 30.4.6.2.13 of Attachment O to this Services Tariff.
