Dear Secretary Bose:

In compliance with the Commission’s May 12, 2011 Letter Order1 approving the Offer of Settlement in the above docket, the New York Independent System Operator, Inc. (“NYISO”) respectfully submits a revised tariff record in eTariff format.  This record reflects, identically, the amendments to Section 4.1.9 of the NYISO’s Market
Administration and Control Area Services Tariff that were approved by the Commission in its May Order, to be effective May 1, 2011.

2.A clean version of the proposed revisions to the NYISO’s Services Tariff

(“Attachment I”); and

3.A blacklined version of the proposed revisions to the NYISO’s Services

II.Effective Date

In its May Order the Commission directed the NYISO to file “identical revised tariff records in eTariff format to be effective May 1, 2011.”  Accordingly, the NYISO designates an effective date for these tariff amendments of May 1, 2011.

 

III.Service

Copies of this filing are being served on all parties designated on the official

service list maintained by the Secretary of the Commission in this proceeding.  The

NYISO will also send an electronic link to this filing to the official representative of each
of its customers, to each participant on its stakeholder committees, to the New York
Public Service Commission and to the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities.  In addition,
the complete filing will be posted on the NYISO’s website at www.nyiso.com.
