Dear Ms. Bose:

It has come to the New York Independent System Operator, Inc.’s (“NYISO’s)

attention that the affidavit of Eugene T. Meehan, which was submitted to support the NYISO’s November 30, 2010 proposed filing in the above-captioned proceedings, did not include the
final and complete version of the “NERA/S&L Report.”  The version that was included as part of Mr. Meehan’s affidavit does not reflect a limited number of final data updates.  The error
has no impact on the substance of Mr. Meehan’s affidavit, the conclusions reached in the
NERA/S&L Report, or the NYISO’s recommendations and proposals in its filing.
Nevertheless, the NYISO is submitting a clean corrected version of Mr. Meehan’s complete
affidavit (Attachment I) along with black-lined versions (Attachment II) of each page where
the text has been revised to include updated data.  I herby certify that copies of this letter, and the material referenced above, will be served on all parties in these proceedings concurrent
with their electronic submission to the Commission.
