Dear Ms. Bose:

As discussed with Commission staff on December 28, 2010, the NYISO hereby files this Report/Supplement to the record, under filing code #30, for its November 8, 2010
compliance filing to revise Attachment C to the NYISO OATT.

Commission staff informed the NYISO that an image file included in the compliance filing was not rendering properly in the eTariff public viewer, preventing the viewing of the graphic included as part of the compliance filing.  As requested, the NYISO has converted the file into an RTF that is readable in MS WordPad.  Note that this is the first time the NYISO has filed using this method.
