Re: New York Independent System Operator, Inc., Request to Withdraw February 17,
2011 Interim Compliance Filing in Docket No. ER11-2224-001
Dear Ms. Bose:
On February 17, 2011, the New York Independent System Operator, Inc. (“NYISO”)
inadvertently submitted an interim compliance filing in this proceeding.1 The NYISO has not
served the filing, and is now seeking to withdraw it at the first possible opportunity. To the
extent they are applicable, the NYISO requests waiver of the service requirements in 18
C.F.R. 35.2(e) and the requirements in 18 C.F.R. § 35.17(a)(2) and requests that the
Commission accept this withdrawal, and to avoid any future confusion on the matter, remove
the inadvertent interim compliance filing, and refrain from posting this letter in e-library.
The NYISO respectfully requests that the Commission accept this withdrawal for the reasons specified herein.
Respectfully submitted,
/s/Ted J. Murphy__________________
