Corrected Version of Cost Reimbursement Agreement with
Economic Development Growth Enterprises Corporation
Dear Secretary Bose:
On January 15, 2013, Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a/ National Grid
(“National Grid”) submitted in this proceeding a Cost Reimbursement Agreement
(“Reimbursement Agreement”) between National Grid and Economic Development Growth
Enterprises Corporation (“EDGE Corp.”), designated as Service Agreement No. 1949 under the New York Independent System Operator, Inc.’s (“NYISO”) Open Access Transmission Tariff (“OATT”), FERC Electric Tariff, Original Volume No. 1. National Grid requested that the Commission grant waiver of its prior notice requirement to permit the Reimbursement
Agreement to go into effect as of October 19, 2012.
It was subsequently brought to National Grid’s attention that the Reimbursement
Agreement filed on January 15 included several minor errors and omissions. National Grid now submits a corrected version of the Reimbursement Agreement that fixes the minor errors and omissions. For the reasons explained in the January 15 filing, National Grid respectfully
requests that the Commission accept this corrected version of the Reimbursement Agreement effective as of October 19, 2012.
