Errata to Amended LGIA with Alliance Energy Subsidiary, AG Energy, L.P.
Dear Secretary Bose:
On January 9, 2013, Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation, d/b/a/ National Grid
(“National Grid”), submitted three revised Large Generator Interconnection Agreements
(“LGIAs”) between National Grid and the following generator subsidiaries of Alliance
Energy - AG Energy, L.P. (“AG Energy”), Seneca Power Partners, and Sterling Power
Partners, L.P. Subsequently, it was brought to National Grid’s attention that the LGIA
between National Grid and AG Energy included the incorrect signature block. The ISO
hereby provides the LGIA between National Grid and AG Energy with the correct signature block. Attachment A to this filing contains the LGIA in clean format and Attachment B to this filing contains the LGIA in black-line format.
