Pursuant to the protective order adopted in the Commission’s August 31, 2011 Order Directing Submission of Supplemental Information and Issuing Protective Order,1 and the New York Independent System Operator, Inc’s (“NYISO”) September 8, 2011 Notice
Regarding Certain Procedures under the Protective Order (“September 8 Notice”), the
NYISO hereby submits this third supplement to the lists of “Reviewing Representatives” filed on September 19, 2011, September 22, 2011 and September 23, 2011.2 Attachment I contains a list of the persons added as Reviewing Representatives for Highly Sensitive Protected
Materials.3 Attachment II contains an excel spreadsheet listing all persons designated as
Reviewing Representatives for both HSPM and Protected Materials.
