Dear Ms. Bose:
On June 29, 2011, the New York Independent System Operator, Inc. (“NYISO”)
submitted for filing and acceptance in the above-captioned proceeding a Notice of Termination
related to a Large Generator Interconnection Agreement (“LGIA”) designated as Service
Agreement No. 1586 among the NYISO, Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National
Grid (“National Grid) as the Connecting Transmission Owner, and Jordanville Wind, LLC as the Developer.1 (“June 29 filing”). It has since come to the NYISO’s attention that, in the June 29
filing, a date was transposed in Attachment B in error, and an extra page was inadvertently
included in the June 29 filing. These inadvertent errors should be corrected. The modifications identified in this errata do not materially change the Notice of Termination or attachments
thereto submitted in the June 29 Filing.
I.LIST OF DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED
1. The errata letter;
2. A clean version of the revised supporting documents to the Notice of Termination of
Service Agreement No. 1586 to the New York Independent System Operator, Inc. Open Access Transmission Tariff (Attachment I); and
3. A blacklined version of the errata to the supporting documents file with the Notice of
Termination of Service Agreement No. 1586 to the New York Independent System
Operator, Inc. Open Access Transmission Tariff filed in the June 29 Filing (Attachment
II).

II.ERRATA
It has come to the NYISO’s attention that an extra page was inadvertently included as an
attachment to the June 29 Filing that should not have been included. In addition, the proposed
effective date of the termination of the LGIA in Attachment B to the June 29 filing referenced
the year 2010 rather than 2011. The correct proposed effective date should be September 6,
2011. Therefore, the NYISO is submitting this errata to replace the supporting documents to the
June 29 Filing.
III.EFFECTIVE DATE
The NYISO respectfully requests that the Commission accept the revised supporting documents to the Notice of Termination of Service Agreement No. 1586 to the New York Independent System Operator, Inc. Open Access Transmission Tariff included with this filing, effective as specified in Section IV of the June 29 Filing - September 6, 2011.
IV.SERVICE
This errata to the NYISO’s June 29 Filing will be posted on the NYISO’s website at
www.nyiso.com. In addition, the NYISO will email and electronic link to this filing to the
official representative of each party to this proceeding, to each of its customers, to each
participant on its stakeholder committees, to the New York Public Service Commission, and to the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities.
V.CONCLUSION
The NYISO respectfully requests that the Commission accept this errata for the reasons specified herein, and that the Commission consider the supporting documents to the Notice of Termination of Service Agreement No. 1586 to the New York Independent System Operator, Inc. Open Access Transmission Tariff included with this errata and not the earlier versions of the respective documents filed in the June 29 Compliance Filing.
