Re:    Correction of Comments of the ISO RTO Council in Response to the Federal
Energy Regulatory Commission’s Notice of Inquiry Seeking Public Comment
on the Integration of Variable Energy Resources; Docket RM10-11-000

Dear Secretary Bose:

On behalf of the ISO RTO Council (“IRC”), the New York Independent System

Operator, Inc. filed yesterday, April 12, 2010, a white paper entitled Variable Energy

Resources, System Operations and Wholesale Markets (“IRC White Paper”).  The IRC White
Paper represents the IRC’s joint response to the Commission’s January 21, 2010 Notice of
Inquiry Seeking Public Comment on the Integration of Variable Energy Resources
(“VERs”).1

It has come to the NYISO’s attention that late-day minor changes remained apparent in the version of the IRC White Paper filed yesterday.  This was inadvertent.  The IRC
respectfully requests that the Commission receive the attached clean version of the IRC White Paper to replace the version filed yesterday.
