In compliance with Paragraph 2 of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s (“Commission’s”) August 1, 2012 Order1 in this docket, and pursuant to the May 30, 2012 filing by the New York Independent System Operator, Inc.(“NYISO”) creating a new NonHistoric Fixed Price Transmission Congestion Contract (TCC),2 the NYISO hereby notifies the Commission that it will be implementing the tariff changes identified in the May 30 filing and accepted in the August 1 Order on October 24, 2012.

Tariff sections accepted in the August 1 Order are being resubmitted herein noting the October 24, 2012 effective date.
