Dear Secretary Bose:

Pursuant to Section 2.13 of its Open Access Transmission Tariff (“OATT”), the New York

Emergency State and its actions.  As required by Section 2.13 of the OATT, the NYISO has also
notified the New York State Public Service Commission of the Emergency State and its actions.

Please feel free to contact me at (518) 356-6159 if you have any questions or comments.
