Re:    New York Independent System Operator, Inc., Refiling of Tariff Section to
Correct the Record; Docket No. ER13-102-___

Dear Secretary Bose:

On September 13, 2016, the New York Independent System Operator, Inc. (“NYISO”)
filed with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“Commission”), revisions to the
NYISO’s Open Access Transmission Tariff (“OATT”)1 to fulfill the directives of the
Commission in its December 23, 2015, Order Conditionally Accepting Tariff Revisions and
Requiring Further Compliance.2  The filing was conditionally accepted by the Commission,
subject to further compliance, on February 15, 2018.3  The NYISO submits this filing to correct
the eTariff record by replacing an inadvertently uploaded document with the version of Section

20.2 of the OATT that the NYISO included with its filing letter and the Commission accepted.4

I.Description of Filing

The NYISO has identified a ministerial error in connection with its September 2016

Filing, where the NYISO uploaded an incorrect document to the Commission’s eTariff.  In that
filing, the NYISO made certain revisions to Section 20.2 of the OATT, and those revisions were
correctly represented in the clean and blacklined versions attached as Attachments I and II to the
NYISO’s filing letter.  However, an unrelated tariff section was inadvertently uploaded for the
eTariff record.  In this instant filing, the NYISO provides the clean version of Section 20.2 of the
OATT that was included in the September 2016 Filing as Attachment I to this filing letter, and
also uploads that version of Section 20.2 of the OATT in the eTariff system with the same

effective date of April 1, 2016 that the Commission accepted.5

II.Documents Submitted

The NYISO respectfully submits the following documents with this filing letter:

1. A clean version of Section 20.2 of the OATT, as submitted in the NYISO’s
September 2016 Filing (“Attachment I”).
