Dear Ms. Bose:
On March 26, 2018, FERC staff contacted the NYISO inquiring as to the status of the
above referenced transmittal letter (i.e., Public or Non-Public) because the letter was identified as Public in the electronic submission but contained the following language on page one:
NON-PUBLIC VERSION CONTAINS CEII, PRIVILEGED, AND CONFIDENTIAL
INFORMATION PURSUANT TO 18 C.F.R. §§ 388.112 AND 388.113 - DO NOT
RELEASE
In order to eliminate any confusion regarding the content or status of the transmittal
letter, NYISO hereby submits this letter as a supplement to the record stating that the transmittal letter filed on March 22, 2018 in ER18-1161-000 contains no confidential or CEII information and is a public document.
