The New York Independent System Operator, Inc. (“NYISO”) has reviewed the Refund Report that the Midcontinent Independent System Operator (“MISO”) submitted in the above Docket on November 21, 2016.  The NYISO’s review did not identify any concerns with the MISO’s Refund Report or with the amount MISO refunded.  The NYISO is paying the refund it received to its Transmission Customers in accordance with its Tariffs.
