NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL OF CONDITIONAL REQUEST FOR REHEARING OF
THE NEW YORK INDEPENDENT SYSTEM OPERATOR, INC. AND
THE NEW YORK TRANSMISSION OWNERS
Pursuant to Rule 216(a) of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s (“FERC” or
“Commission”) Rules of Practice and Procedure,1 the New York Independent System Operator, Inc. (“NYISO”) and the New York Transmission Owners (“NYTOs”),2 hereby submit this notice of withdrawal of their October 24, 2016 Conditional Request for Rehearing of Opinion No. 550, issued in the captioned dockets on September 22, 2016.3
The Conditional Request for Rehearing filed by the NYISO and NYTOs indicated that
those parties would file a notice of withdrawal of that rehearing request if no other parties sought
rehearing or clarification of the Opinion. Pursuant to Rule 713(b) of the Commission’s Rules of
Practice and Procedure,4 rehearing requests were required to be filed with the Commission on or
before October 24, 2016. No other parties have filed any such timely rehearing requests in the
