Errata to Filing of Small Generator Interconnection Agreement with Innovative/Colonie, LLC
Dear Secretary Bose:
On July 26, 2016, pursuant to Section 205 of the Federal Power Act,1 and Part 35 of the
Commission’s regulations,2 Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid (“National
Grid”) filed in this proceeding a Small Generator Interconnection Agreement (“SGIA”) between
National Grid and Innovative/Colonie, LLC, designated as Service Agreement No. 2293 under
the New York Independent System Operator, Inc.’s Open Access Transmission Tariff.
Due to a computer glitch, the July 26 filing inadvertently did not include the one-line
diagram to be provided in Attachment 3 to the SGIA. Therefore, National Grid now resubmits the July 26 filing with its original transmittal letter and the SGIA in its entirety, including the
one-line diagram.
National Grid regrets any inconvenience and requests that the Commission accept the
attached SGIA effective as of the date requested in the July 26 filing, i.e., April 29, 2016. Please contact the undersigned with any questions regarding this filing.
