Dear Ms. Bose:
The New York Independent System Operator, Inc. (“NYISO”) filed amendments on
April 30, 2012, August 17, 2012 and January 22, 2013 in this docket to implement changes to the Regulation Service market in compliance Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s
(“Commission”) directives in Order No. 755.1 One May 31, 2013, the Commission approved revisions to the NYISO’s Open Access Transmission Tariff (“OATT”) and its Market
Administration and Control Area Services Tariff (“Services Tariff”).2
In compliance with Ordering Paragraph A of the Commission Order, the NYISO hereby provides notice to the Commission that it expects to fully implement the accepted tariff
amendments effective for the June 26, 2013 market day.
The NYISO attaches a clean version of the accepted revisions to the NYISO’s OATT
with an effective date of June 26, 2013 (“Attachment I”) and a clean version of the accepted
revisions to the NYISO’s Services Tariff with an effective date of June 26, 2013 (“Attachment
II”).

The NYISO also attaches the Notice of Effective Date that it has provided NYISO Market Participants this day, June 11, 2013 (Attachment III”).
The NYISO will serve this notice on the official service list in this proceeding and will
send an electronic link to this notice to the official representative of each of its customers, to
each participant on its stakeholder committees, to the New York Public Service Commission,
and to the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities. In addition, the notice will be posted on the
NYISO’s website at www.nyiso.com.
