The undersigned counsel hereby respectfully moves for leave to file the attached
corrected final New York Independent System Operator, Inc. ("NYISO") Exhibit List in
order to reflect the page number of the official transcript where the testimony of NYISO
Witness Zachary Smith and accompanying exhibits were received into the record and other
minor corrections. These corrections were inadvertently left out of the version of the
NYISO Exhibit List which was provided to counsel for ITC for the filing he made earlier
today.
While neither the Commission rules nor the procedural order issued by the Presiding Judge, require transcript page references, the NYISO desires to ensure that, since these
references are provided, they be complete and correct.
