Dear Ms. Bose:
On August 8, 2011, the Commission accepted the NYISO’s proposed tariff revisions in this docket, filed June 22, 2011, to correct a calculation associated with revisions to the
Import Supplier Guarantee Payment in Section 25 of its Market Administration and Control Area Services Tariff (“Services Tariff”).1 The NYISO’s June 22 filing was necessary to
complete the revisions to this formula which the NYISO had proposed in its December 28, 2010 filing in this docket.2
In its June 22, 2011 filing, the NYISO committed to making a compliance filing to
correct a misplaced parenthesis in the Services Tariff Section 26.6.2 formula included in the
June 22, 2011 filing.3 Attached please find the revised Services Tariff Section 26.6.2 which
deletes the formula filed by the NYISO on June 22, 2011 and inserts a corrected formula. The
inserted formula correctly portrays the calculation it describes by eliminating the unnecessary
parentheses following the term
