RE:   Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation
Docket No. ER11-4140-000

Small Generator Interconnection Agreement between Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation and WM Renewable Energy, LLC

Dear Secretary Bose:

On Friday, July 29, 2011, Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid

(“Niagara Mohawk”) authorized the New York Independent System Operator, Inc. (“NYISO”) to submit on behalf of Niagara Mohawk an Interconnection Agreement between Niagara
Mohawk and WM Renewable, Energy LLC.  The Agreement is designated as Service
Agreement No. 1164 under the NYISO open access transmission tariff.  The NYISO submits service agreements under the NYISO on behalf of Niagara Mohawk to comply with the
Commission’s electronic tariff filing requirements.1

Due to a technical error related to the conversion of source documents to a version that
complies with electronic tariff requirements, the Table of Contents to the Interconnection
Agreement as submitted to the Commission contains errors.  Niagara Mohawk now submits a
corrected electronic tariff version of the Agreement that corrects these non-substantive errors.

Niagara Mohawk continues to request waiver of the Commission’s notice requirements to allow the Interconnection Agreement to become effective as of the date of execution, i.e.,
June 23, 2011.
