Filing Establishing an Effective Date for Revised Fixed Block Unit Pricing Logic
Dear Secretary Bose:
In accordance with the requirements of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s
(“Commission”) order in this proceeding,1 the New York Independent System Operator, Inc.
(“NYISO”) submits this filing to provide notice of the expected effective date for the tariff
amendments revising the NYISO’s pricing logic for Fixed Block Units (the “Fixed Block Unit Tariff Revisions”).2
I.Documents Submitted
1.This filing letter; and
2.A clean version of the accepted revisions to the Services Tariff (“Attachment I”).
II.Notice of Effective Date
In compliance with the Commission’s order in this proceeding, the NYISO hereby provides notice that it expects the accepted revisions to be fully implemented in its Real-Time Market on February 28, 2017 at or after hour beginning 16:00.3 Attachment I provides a clean version of the relevant tariff revisions with an effective date of February 28, 2017.
