Compliance Filing

Dear Secretary Bose:

On April 5, 2016, the Commission issued a letter order in this proceeding that

accepted the Large Generator Interconnection Agreement (“Interconnection Agreement”) between Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a/ National Grid (“National Grid”) and Indeck-Corinth Limited Partnership, effective November 19, 2015 as requested by National Grid, and subject to a compliance filing.

With regard to the compliance filing, the letter order stated that the Interconnection

Agreement as submitted in eTariff did not include the facility one-line diagram that should be
attached in Appendix A to the Interconnection Agreement (as referenced in Appendix C to
the Interconnection Agreement).  The Commission directed National Grid to file a corrected
Interconnection Agreement that includes the one-line diagram within 15 days, i.e., by April
20, 2016.

The corrected Interconnection Agreement is provided in clean copy in Attachment A hereto and is provided in red-line format in Attachment B hereto.  Please contact the
