submitted March 16, 2016 in Docket No. ER10-2220-000.

Dear Ms. Bose:

On March 16, 2016, the New York Independent System Operator, Inc. (“NYISO”)

eFiled its Eleventh Informational Report on Efforts to Develop Rules Addressing Compensation
to Generators that Are Determined to be Needed for Reliability (“Information Report”) in the
above captioned docket.  The NYISO served the filing upon each person designated on the
official service list compiled by the Secretary in this proceeding in accordance with the
requirements of Rule 2010 of the Rules of Practice and Procedure, 18 C.F.R. § 385.2010,
however, the certificate of service was inadvertently omitted from the NYISO’s filing.

The NYISO respectfully requests leave to supplement the record to include the attached certificate of service.  The NYISO resubmits the Informational Report here, identical to the prior submission, with the certificate of service attached.
