Reference:   Errata Correcting Tariff Provision Dear Mr. Schnell:

On May 31, 2011, you filed corrections to the penalty calculation included in

Section 23.4.3.3.3.4 of the Market Power Mitigation Measures (MMM), as accepted by
the Commission in Docket Nos. ER10-2062-000 and ER10-2062-001.1  You state that
two variables in the formula were erroneously transposed in the formula used to calculate
the daily Real-Time Market penalty.  You state this filing corrects the error in section

23.4.3.3.3.4 of the MMM.

 

Pursuant to authority delegated to the Director, Division of Electric Power
Regulation - East, under 18 C.F.R. § 375.307, your submittal filed in the above
referenced docket is accepted for filing effective October 21, 2010, as requested.

Notice of the filing was issued on June 3, 2011 with comments, protests, or interventions due on or before June 21, 2011.  None were filed.

This acceptance for filing shall not be construed as constituting approval of the
referenced filing or of any rate, charge, classification or any rule, regulation, or practice
affecting such rate or service contained in your filing; nor shall such acceptance be

This order constitutes final agency action.  Requests for rehearing by the

Commission may be filed within 30 days of the date of issuance of this order, pursuant to

18 C.F.R. § 385.713.
