NOTICE OF EXTENSION OF TIME
(June 3, 2010)

On May 28, 2010, the New York Independent System Operator, Inc.

(NYISO) filed a motion for an extension of time to submit the compliance tariff
revisions and report required by the Commission’s Order on Clarification,
Rehearing and Compliance Filing issued May 20, 2010, in the above-referenced proceeding. 1  The motion states that because some of the required tariff revisions raise difficult issues that the NYISO needs to evaluate further and because the
NYISO will be seeking input from its Market Monitoring Unit on certain
provisions, additional time is needed to comply with the Commission’s May 20, 2010 Order.  The motion further states that an extension is needed because the
NYISO is in the process of preparing its baseline electronic tariff submittals
pursuant to Commission Order No. 714.

Upon consideration, notice is hereby given that the NYISO is granted an
extension of time to and including July 30, 2010, to file the compliance tariff
revisions and report required by the Commission’s May 20, 2010 Order.
