NOTICE OF EXTENSION OF TIME
(July 29, 2010)

On July 27, 2010, the New York Independent System Operator, Inc.

(NYISO) filed a motion for a further limited extension of time to submit the

compliance tariff revisions as required by the Commission’s Order on

Clarification, Rehearing and Compliance Filing issued May 20, 2010, in the

above-referenced proceeding.1  The motion states that the NYISO requires

additional time to complete its development of a complete set of compliance tariff revisions and to make it available to NYISO stakeholders for their consideration
and review.

Upon consideration, notice is hereby given that the NYISO is granted an extension of time to and including August 12, 2010, to file the compliance tariff revisions as required by the Commission’s May 20, 2010 Order.
