NOTICE OF EXTENSION OF TIME
On December 14, 2016, the Trade Associations[1] filed a motion for extension of time until February 28, 2017 to file comments in response to the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NOPR) in these proceedings to better understand the potential impacts of the NOPR and offer informative comments (Joint Request for Extension of Time). On that same date, National Hydropower Association filed a motion for an extension of time until February 28, 2017. On December 16, 2016, the Independent Market Monitor for PJM submitted an answer supporting National Hydropower Association’s motion. On December 19, 2016, the Public Interest Organizations[2] and SolarCity Corporation separately filed answers opposing the extension of time.
Upon consideration, notice is hereby given that the deadline for filing comments in response to the NOPR will be extended to and including February 13, 2017.
