NOTICE OF EXTENSION OF TIME
(October 4, 2010)

 

On September 24, 2010, the New York Independent System Operator, Inc.
(NYISO) filed a motion for an extension of time to comply with the Commission’s
Order on Rehearing, Clarification, and Compliance issued June 30, 2009, in the
above-referenced proceeding.1  In its motion, the NYISO requests an extension of
time to April 4, 2011, to make a compliance filing regarding the criteria for new
capacity zones and addressing the implications and effects of a new capacity zone
or zones on the tariff provisions and market rule governing Capacity Resource

Interconnection Service.  On October 1, 2010, CPV Valley, LLC, the Dynegy

Parties,2 Entergy Nuclear Power Marketing, LLC, and the Mirant Parties3 filed a joint answer opposing the requested extension.

 

Upon consideration of the request and the answer, notice is hereby given

that the Joint Filing Parties are granted a limited extension of time to and including January 4, 2011, to comply with the Commission’s June 30 Order.
