On February 13, 2025, the Commission issued a delegated letter order in the above-referenced docket for a notice of change in status and tariff revisions was issued in the above referenced dockets.  Please be advised that the order inadvertently stated that Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc. requested that the filing be accepted effective August 23, 2023. 

This errata notice hereby corrects effective date to be May 25, 2024.
