On September 16, 2024, the Commission issued a delegated letter order in the above referenced docket.  The delegated letter order inadvertently omitted the order’s issue date.  This errata notice clarifies the correct date of issuance to be September 16, 2024.  In addition, the delegated letter order inadvertently states that “NYSIO requested that the Amended Agreement be accepted effective July 8, 2024.”  This errata notice clarifies that this sentence should read “NYISO requested that the Amended Agreement be accepted effective July 8, 2024.”
