FEDERAL ENERGY REGULATORY COMMISSION
New York Independent System Operator, Inc. Docket No. ER21-2460-000
NOTICE OF EXTENSION OF TIME
(October 19, 2021)
On October 5, 2021, New York Independent System Operator, Inc. (NYISO) filed a motion for an extension of time, from November 1, 2021 to November 19, 2021, to respond to the Commission’s request for additional information issued in response to NYISO’s proposed revisions to its Market Administration and Control Area Services Tariff and Open Access Transmission Tariff to comply with Order No. 2222.[1] NYISO argues that good cause exists to grant the extension of time as an extension will allow NYISO to fully answer the Commission’s requests and provide the additional information required to evaluate its filing. No party opposed the motion.
Upon consideration, notice is hereby given that NYISO’s requested extension of time is granted, and the deadline for submitting its response to the Commission’s request is extended to and including November 19, 2021.
Debbie-Anne A. Reese,
Deputy Secretary.
