NOTICE OF EXTENSION OF TIME

On January 16, 2020, the New York Independent System Operator, Inc. and PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. (collectively, the RTOs) filed a Motion for Extension of Compliance Filing Deadline (motion) to extend the deadline for submitting their compliance filing for implementing revisions to the Market-to-Market (M2M) Entitlement rules in their Joint Operating Agreement in the above-referenced docket by 90 days, or no later than April 30, 2020.  The RTOs states that additional time is needed to establish a specific effective date until after the 2019 market flow and shift factor data has been exchanged and reviewed, and M2M Entitlement values have been agreed upon.

Upon consideration, notice is hereby given that the RTOs’ motion is granted and the deadline for the RTOs to submit their compliance filing is extended up to and including April 16, 2020.  The RTOs may propose an effective date no later than April 30, 2020 and, consistent with the August 28, 2019 letter order, must provide the Commission at least two weeks’ notice prior to the requested effective date.
