NOTICE GRANTING REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE
COMMENTS
(January 3, 2018)
On December 28, 2017, PJM Interconnection, L.L.C., New York Independent
System Operator, Inc., Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. Linden VFT,
LLC, Hudson Transmission Partners, LLC, and New York Power Authority
(Respondents) filed a motion requesting an extension of time (motion) until February 23,
2018, to respond to the complaint filed by New Jersey Board of Public Utilities
(Complainant) on December 22, 2017 (See Notice of Complaint, December 26, 2017).
The Respondents, citing the scope of the complaint, implications for a number of ongoing
proceedings, and the number of respondents, contend that good cause exists for granting
the extension. On January 2, 2018, the New York Independent System Operator
submitted a supplemental filing advising that it had been informed that the Complainant
would not oppose the motion. No other opposition to the motion was filed.
Upon consideration, notice is hereby given that the Respondents’ motion is
granted, and the comment date applicable to the complaint is hereby extended to and including February 23, 2018.
