Reference:Errata to Delegated Letter Order Dated July 20, 2017

Dear Mr. Bissell:

On July 20, 2017, the Commission issued a delegated letter order accepting a new rate schedule to the New York Independent System Operator, Inc.’s (NYISO) Open Access Transmission Tariff (OATT) to establish the Western New York Facilities Charge.[1]  This notice corrects the second paragraph of the delegated letter order, which should read:

“Pursuant to the authority delegated to the Director, Division of Electric Power Regulation – East, under 18 C.F.R. § 375.307, NYISO’s submittal is accepted for filing, effective July 18, 2017, as requested.”
