On January 11, 2017, New York Independent System Operator, Inc. (NYISO) submitted its compliance filing in response to the Commission’s Order No. 825.[1] NYISO explains that it already complies with the requirements of Order No. 825 and that it therefore does not propose any revisions to its tariffs.
