v.
New York Independent System Operator, Inc. | Docket No. | EL15-64-000 |
NOTICE OF EXTENSION OF TIME
(March 14, 2016)
On March 8, 2016, the New York Independent System Operator, Inc. (NYISO) filed a Motion for Extension of Time (Motion) to extend the deadline for submitting its compliance filing implementing a self-supply exemption and a renewable resources exemption to NYISO’s buyer-side market power mitigation rules in the above-referenced docket by 30 days, or no later than April 13, 2016. NYISO states that taking additional time for final stakeholder review and discussion will likely further improve the current draft of the compliance proposal and reduce the number of disputed issues without materially delaying the implementation of the new exemptions. NYISO states that it believes that there is no opposition to this requested extension.
Upon consideration, notice is hereby given that NYISO’s Motion is granted and the deadline for NYISO to submit its compliance filing is extended to and including April 13, 2016.
