v.
New York Independent System Operator, Inc. | Docket No. | EL15-64-000 |
NOTICE OF EXTENSION OF TIME
(February 18, 2016)
On February 12, 2016, the New York Independent System Operator, Inc. (NYISO) filed a Motion for Extension of Time (Motion) to extend the deadline for submitting its compliance filing implementing a self-supply exemption and a renewable resources exemption to NYISO’s buyer-side market power mitigation rules in the above-referenced docket by 21 days, or no later than March 14, 2016. NYISO states that it needs more time for additional stakeholder review and discussion. NYISO states that granting this extension will not materially delay the implementation of the self-supply and renewable resources exemptions, the complainants in this proceeding support the requested extension, and other parties in this proceeding do not object to the requested extension.
Upon consideration, notice is hereby given that NYISO’s Motion is granted and the deadline for NYISO to submit its compliance filing is extended to and including March 14, 2016.
