NOTICE OF EXTENSION OF TIME
(January 14, 2016)
On January 7, 2016, the New York Independent System Operator, Inc. (NYISO) filed a Motion for Extension of Compliance Filing Deadline and for Expedited Action (Motion) to extend the deadline for submitting its compliance filing to comply with Order No. 1000[1] and the Commission’s December 23, 2015 order[2] in the above-referenced docket. NYISO states that it needs more time to fully develop the required tariff revisions and agreements, to review them with its stakeholders, and to address and incorporate stakeholder input. NYISO requests a 60 day extension of its compliance deadline to March 22, 2016.
On January 8, 2016, Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation, Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc., New York Power Authority, New York State Electric & Gas Corporation, Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation, Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc., Power Supply Long Island, and Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation filed an answer in support of the Motion. On January 11, 2016, LSP Transmission Holdings, LLC and LS Power Transmission, LLC filed an answer in support of the Motion.
Upon consideration, notice is hereby given that NYISO’s Motion is granted and the deadline for NYISO to submit its compliance filing is extended to and including March 22, 2016, as requested.
