NOTICE OF EXTENSION OF TIME

On May 19, 2016, the New York Independent System Operator, Inc. (NYISO) filed a Motion for Extension of Compliance Filing Deadline and Request for Expedited Commission Action (Motion) to extend the deadline for submitting its compliance filing proposing additional reliability-must-run tariff revisions in the above-referenced docket by 90 days, or no later than September 19, 2016.  NYISO states that additional time is needed to develop the significant tariff revisions required by the Commission’s April 21, 2016 order.[1]  In addition, NYISO states that taking additional time for stakeholder review and discussion will likely improve the tariff language and help reduce the scope and intensity of disputed issues.

Upon consideration, notice is hereby given that NYISO’s Motion is granted and the deadline for NYISO to submit its compliance filing is extended to and including September 19, 2016.
