Docket No.

ER15-1061-000

NOTICE OF EXTENSION OF TIME

(October 23, 2015)

On October 16, 2015, New York Independent System Operator, Inc. (NYISO) filed a motion for an extension of time of the compliance filing deadline established by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s April 20, 2015 Order in this proceeding  as it relates to a very limited aspect of the Comprehensive Shortage Pricing project.[1]  NYISO states additional time is needed to implement the proposed revisions to section 2.20 of the Market Administration and Control Area Services Tariff (Services Tariff) and section 1.20 of the Open Access Transmission Tariff (OATT) until NYISO implements the graduated transmission demand curve, as more fully explained in the motion.  NYISO proposes to submit a compliance filing at least two weeks prior to the proposed effective date for section 2.20 of the Services Tariff and section 1.20 of the OATT, which will specify the date on which these revisions will take effect.

Upon consideration, notice is hereby given that NYISO’s motion is granted, extending the deadline to two weeks before the proposed effective date for section 2.20 of the Services Tariff and section 1.20 of the OATT.
