NOTICE OF EXTENSION OF TIME

(June 4, 2015)

On May 15, 2015, the New York Independent System Operator, Inc. (NYISO) filed a Motion for Extension of Compliance Filing Deadline and for Expedited Action (Motion), to extend the June 19, 2015 deadline for submitting its compliance filing in the above-referenced docket by 120 days, or no later than October 19, 2015.

On May 20, 2015, the New York Transmission Owners filed an answer in support of the Motion. 

Upon consideration, NYISO’s Motion is hereby granted for a period not to exceed 120 days.  Accordingly, NYISO shall submit its compliance filing to the Commission no later than October 19, 2015.
