NOTICE GRANTING EXTENSION OF TIME

 

(March 31, 2015)

 

On March 26, 2015, the New York Independent System Operator, Inc. (NYISO) filed a motion for a two week extension of time (motion) to submit the compliance filing required by Ordering Paragraph (C) of the Commission’s February 26, 2015 Order in the above-referenced proceeding.[1]  In its motion, NYISO states that the additional time is needed to complete the development of its

compliance tariff revisions, provide additional time to obtain stakeholder input, and consult with the independent Market Monitoring Unit.

 

Upon consideration, notice is hereby given to all parties that NYISO’s motion is granted, extending the deadline to and including April 13, 2015, to submit its compliance filing.
