NOTICE EXTENDING WAIVER PERIOD
(October 24, 2013)
On October 4, 2013, the New York Independent System Operator, Inc. (NYISO) filed a motion for an extension of the limited tariff waiver period (motion) until November 14, 2013, in the above-docketed proceeding.[1] NYISO stated in its motion that the additional time is needed to complete the bundled package of software improvements before deployment.
Upon consideration, notice is hereby given that the limited tariff waiver period is extended to and including November 14, 2013.
