Reference: Tariff Revisions Errata Dear Ms. Kavanah:
On October 12, 2012, New York Independent System Operator, Inc (NYISO) filed an errata to correct the tariff section base document used to create the clean and
blacklined version of Section 5.14 of NYISO’s Services Tariff in Docket No. ER12-360-
000 Services Tariff) 1 that the Commission accepted in its October 6, 2011 delegated letter order in Docket No. ER11-2224-010.
Pursuant to the authority delegated to the Director, Division of Electric Power Regulation - East, under 18 C.F.R. §375.307, your submittal is accepted for filing, effective January 9, 2012, as requested.
The filing was noticed on October 15, 2012, with comments, interventions and
protests due on or before November 2, 2012. Pursuant to Rule 214 (18 C.F.R. § 385.214 (2013)), to the extent that any timely filed motions to intervene and any motion to
intervene out-of-time were filed before the issuance date of this order, such interventions are granted. Granting late interventions at this stage of the proceeding will not disrupt the proceeding or place additional burdens on existing parties.

Commission may be filed within 30 days of the date of issuance of this order, pursuant to
18 C.F.R. § 385.713.
