NOTICE OF EXTENSION OF TIME

On November 29, 2012, Algonquin Marble River, LLC, Noble Linton Windpark I, LLC, Noble Ellenburg Windpark, LLC, Noble Chateaugay Windpark, LLC and the New York Independent System Operator, Inc. jointly filed a motion for deferral of comment period and a request for expedited action to allow the Parties to attempt to negotiate a resolution of their dispute, in the above-referenced proceedings.

Upon consideration, notice is hereby given to all parties that the period to file

answers, interventions, comments and protests is extended, to and including January 25,
2013.
