NOTICE GRANTING EXTENSION OF TIME

(December 13, 2012)

On November 9, 2012, New York Independent System Operator, Inc. (NYISO) filed a motion requesting a 2-month extension of time, from December 20, 2012 until February 15, 2013, to submit its annual Installed Capacity Demand Curve Report (Report).  NYISO states that additional time is needed for data gathering and analyses for this Report due to analyses it was conducting related to In-City buyer side mitigation retests.  NYISO also states that no Party will be harmed by the delay. 

Upon consideration, notice is hereby given that NYISO is granted the extension of time to and including February 15, 2013 to submit the Report.
