NOTICE OF EXTENSION OF TIME

(September 14, 2012)

On September 12, 2012, New York Independent System Operator, Inc. (NYISO) filed a motion for an extension of time in the above-referenced proceeding from September 14, 2012, as established by notice issued August 22, 2012,[1] until December 12, 2012, for NYISO to answer, as well as for the submittal of interventions and other responses to, the August 3, 2012 complaint of Hudson Transmission Partners, LLC (HTP).  Notice of NYISO’s motion was issued on September 13, 2012,[2] with comments due by September 14, 2012.  On September 12, 2012, HTP filed comments in opposition to NYISO’s motion.  No other comments on NYISO’s motion were submitted. 

Upon consideration, notice is hereby given that the date for filing the answer and comments on the HTP complaint is extended to and including November 13, 2012.
