Dear Mr. Sweeny:

On November 14, 2012, the Commission issued a letter order in the above proceeding to the New York Independent System Operator, Inc. 

The proxy bus for intra-hour (i.e., 15-minute) transaction scheduling was incorrectly identified as the Keystone bus in the Reference line of the letter.  The Reference line should have indicated the Neptune proxy bus as indicated in the body of the letter.
