Granting Motion and Issuing Protective Order and Non-Disclosure Certificate1and the
procedures described in the New York Independent System Operator, Inc.’s (“NYISO”)
December 20, 2013 Motion for Protective Order, the NYISO submits as Attachment I to this
letter the list of individuals that the NYISO has designated as Reviewing Representatives for
Protected Materials, pursuant to the terms of the Protective Order, as of the date of this letter.
No Protected Material has been, up to this date, designated as “Highly Sensitive Protected
Materials.”
